SMS program
PRIZZI SEWING MACHINE CO. ("Prizzi", "we") sends a text message to people who ask for one while talking to our AI phone assistant, Izzi, on the phone.
What you receive
One text with the link or links you asked for during the call, for example a product page, a manual, a video or a parts search. This program sends no marketing or promotional texts.
How you agree
You tell the assistant during the call that you want the link by text and confirm that it may be sent to the number you are calling from. We never text a different number. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency
One message per request. There are no recurring messages.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
Stop and help
Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts from this program. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at orders@prizzisewing.com or (626) 350-4234.
Mobile information and privacy
We use your mobile number, and your confirmation that we may text it, only to send you the link you requested and to keep a record of your request. We do not use them for marketing or promotional texts. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. We may share them with the service providers that deliver the text or run our phone system, only for those purposes. This page applies to a mobile number and text consent collected through this program. For all other personal information, see our Privacy Policy. These terms are also part of Section 21 of our Terms of Service.
Carriers
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
