Embroidery Machines: Prizzi embroidery machines include a limited warranty covering non-consumable parts and labor for 1 year, electronic components for 3 years, and major drivetrain components for 5 years, plus lifetime technical support. Initial setup guidance and operator onboarding are included.
Warranty does not cover consumables, cosmetic shipping marks, misuse, unauthorized modifications, improper electrical setup, poor maintenance, or damage caused by non-approved accessories.
