Refund policy

At PRIZZI, we take great care to ensure that your products are well-protected during shipping. However, if your order arrives with evident damage, we are here to help.


Damaged Products:
If you notice any damage to the packaging or the product upon delivery, please document the damage with photos and notify us within 3 days. After we verify the damage, we’ll ship a replacement part/panel at no charge.

Order Cancellation:
We understand that plans change. If you decide to cancel your online order after it has been placed, please note that a 2–3% non-refundable transaction fee will apply. This fee covers the payment processing costs that are not returned to us upon refund. 

Refund Information:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 30 days from the time we receive your return for the refund to appear on your statement. The refund will include the full purchase price of the item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was defective or we made an error.

Product Protection:
Our packaging is designed to ensure that your items arrive in perfect condition, with maximum protection to prevent damage during transit.

Custom-Made Products and Sewing Machines:
Please note that custom-made products and sewing machines are not eligible for return or exchange, as these items are built specifically to your requirements.
