JUKI LK-1900C-HS — Computer-Controlled High-Speed Bartacker (for Heavy-Weight Materials)
Purpose-built for reinforcing heavy fabrics—jeans belt points, workwear stress points, bags—the LK-1900C-HS couples JUKI’s 3,300 sti/min drive with a dry-head frame and Active (electronic) thread tension to deliver fast, clean, repeatable bar-tacks without oil staining. The C-series integrates the control box and upright LCD panel on the head, ships with 100 patterns, and stores up to 999 patterns / 500,000 stitches to speed style changeovers.

- Heavy-material subclass (HS): Increased needle-penetration force improves responsiveness on heavy-weight materials—exactly what the “H” type is tuned for.
- 3,300 sti/min class throughput: A stiffer drive and revised oiling shorten cycle time for higher hourly output.
- Dry-head + minute hook oiling: No oil at needle bar/take-up; only a tiny amount to the hook → no oil stains on garments.
- Active Tension (electronic): Set, save, and recall needle-thread tensions by material, speed, or seam section for stable quality.
