Improved Bottom Feed Locus: The bottom feed mechanism has been enhanced to synchronize perfectly with the needle feed motion. This synchronization ensures that the fabric is fed smoothly and evenly, resulting in beautiful seams without stitch gathering. This capability is particularly beneficial when sewing slippery or difficult-to-feed materials, as well as when handling complex sewing processes.

Needle Feed Mechanism - Dry Type: The machine utilizes a "dry type" needle feed mechanism, which operates without requiring oiling. This design choice not only eliminates the need for frequent lubrication but also prevents issues such as oil leakage. This results in a highly reliable machine structure that minimizes maintenance requirements and operational interruptions.

Lubricating Oil Management: The frame of the machine is designed to require only a minimal amount of lubricating oil. Moreover, the structure is engineered to prevent oil leakage entirely. This feature enhances the cleanliness of the workspace and reduces maintenance efforts associated with oil management.
New Control Box
The new model control box SC-920A, which consists of an energy-saving mode, has been developed. This control box is the first one which provides an energy-saving mode for the sewing machine. The power consumption during standby, when the motor is at rest, is reduced by approximately 20%.
2 Different Panels
Two different operation panels, the CP-18A and CP-180A are applicable to the DLN-9010A. Both operation panels are provided with the production support function.
The production support function actually consists of three different functions (six different modes).
