The machine features alternating vertical movements of the walking foot and presser foot up to 6.5 mm. The ratio of these movements remains constant, even with changes in material thickness. This, along with a new rectangular feed mechanism that prevents needle fraying, ensures consistent stitching pitch on multi-layered materials while avoiding stitch gathering.
High-Speed Performance for Increased Productivity
The machine enhances productivity with high sewing speeds of up to 2,500 stitches per minute.
Easy Adjustment of the Walking Foot and Presser Foot
The vertical stroke (amount of alternating movement) of the walking foot and presser foot can be easily adjusted using a large dial on the machine head. The sewing speed automatically adapts to the vertical stroke setting, ensuring optimal sewing conditions.
Convenient Automatic Reverse Feed Function
A one-touch reverse feed button allows for easy reverse stitching. If a suspended ruler is attached or for three-dimensional sewing tasks, the button can be shifted upward to prevent interruption.
