Operation Panel with Programmable Functions IP-500

The IP-500 is a high-resolution touch-panel operation screen, enhancing response speed and allowing operators to input/edit data while observing needle entry points. It supports 12-character alphanumeric file names for easy pattern management and provides corrective measures for error messages for simple error resetting.

Enhanced Memory Storage Capability

The sewing machine's memory can store up to 50,000,000 stitches and 999 patterns (maximum of 50,000 stitches per pattern), significantly enhancing data storage and management capabilities.

IoT Integration for Management of Sewing Performance

Various digital functions allow management, browsing, and editing of data through application software. Data on sewing machine adjustments can be transferred to an Android tablet via contactless mode, enabling quick checks for uniform settings and sewing line conditions, facilitating setup changes. The operation panel includes a USB port for easy data management and software updates.

JUKI Smart APP

The JUKI Smart APP allows sending and confirming various data, including management settings, sewing machine data, and a problem-solution chart. It generates production and availability graphs for acquired sewing machine data, aiding in situation analysis.

Two Types of Feeding Frames

The feeding frame is available in monolithic and separately-driven types (with independent right and left parts). The separately-driven frame allows for easier material placement and independent setting of lift amount and lifting/lowering speed for each part.

Intermediate Presser

The lower dead point height of the intermediate presser is adjustable to accommodate multi-layered materials (Standard: 0 - 3.5 mm; Maximum: 0 - 7.0 mm). This ensures stable material holding, preventing stitch skipping and thread breakage, and can be adjusted to prevent damage to the sewing product. The increased intermediate presser lifting amount (from 20 mm to 25 mm) improves material placement ease.

Double-Stepped Stroke Feeding Frame (for Separately-Driven Frames)

The feeding frame can be lowered in two steps for precise material positioning. The stopping height can be easily set as desired, enhancing the convenience and accuracy of material placement on the sewing machine.
