The JUKI LBH-1796GANS/MC602EN is a specialized, high-speed, computer-controlled buttonhole machine designed specifically for polos, shirts, and other garments requiring multiple buttonholes in precise alignment. With its ability to sew several buttonholes on a plank up to 220 mm long in one operation, this machine dramatically improves efficiency for shirt and polo production.

220mm Presser Type

The LBH-1796AN is a subclass model of the LBH-1790AN Series, equipped with a 220mm work clamp foot. It maintains the world's highest sewing speed, deeply recessed machine head design, and dry-head mechanism of the LBH-1790AN. Additionally, the LBH-1796AN can function as a simplified indexer for sewing three buttonholes in a row.

Simplified Buttonholing Indexer

With the optionally-available indexer mechanism installed, the LBH-1796AN allows an operator to manage two units simultaneously or to use it alongside the LK-1903BN button sewing machine. This setup not only boosts productivity but also ensures consistent product quality without requiring the operator to have specialized skills.

IoT-Enabled Sewing Performance and Machine Management

Management, browsing, and editing of data can be performed via application software. Adjustments made to the sewing machine according to the product can be transferred to a commercially available Android tablet in contactless mode. This feature enables quick checks for uniform settings and easy confirmation of the conditions of sewing machines in a production line, facilitating setup changes.

The operation panel includes a standard USB port for easy data management and software updates via a USB thumb drive. Sewing data can be numerically managed to ensure stable quality and reduce setup time. Quantified sewing data can be externally extracted using an Android tablet or USB thumb drive.

Android OS Version 6.0 is recommended for using the JUKI Smart APP. Operation is confirmed for versions 5.0 and later. For application software usage, please contact your local JUKI distributor.

Cycle and Continuous Sewing

• Cycle Sewing: Allows registration of 20 different programs, storing up to 30 patterns in one program.
• Continuous Sewing: Enables continuous sewing of multiple patterns without lifting the work clamp foot. Up to 20 programs can be registered, and six different patterns can be stored in one program. (Optional parts required for some functions.)

JUKI's Active Tension (Electronic Thread Tension Control System)

• Memory Storage: Tensions can be stored based on sewing conditions such as thread type, material, and sewing speed.
• Thread Breakage Prevention: Ability to change needle thread tensions to produce beautiful buttonhole shapes and prevent thread breakage.
• Needle Thread Tension Activation: Activates at the beginning and end of sewing to prevent unthreading and fraying.
• Basting Stitch Tension: Separately specified for basting stitching.

Basting Stitch Mechanism

• Effectiveness: Particularly useful for elastic materials like knits. Ensures needle thread is tucked in without jutting out of buttonhole seams. Capable of sewing by nine rounds.

Multiple Knife-Dropping Function
