Computer-controlled, High-speed, Single-thread Chainstitch Button-neck-wrapping Machine
The machine features an exclusive active-tension system, ideal for the careful sewing of beautiful seams. This single machine can also sew flat buttons, shank buttons, marble buttons, and stay buttons (counter buttons).
Increased Productivity with Preset Mechanism
The automatic buttonholing indexer performs buttonholing successively, reducing operator waiting time. JUKI’s preset mechanism allows the operator to prepare the next garment on the preset board while the current one is being sewn. This overlapping work significantly increases productivity by utilizing waiting time effectively.
Sub-clamp Device for Vertical-striped Fabrics
The machine includes a sub-clamp device that prevents material slippage during transport. This device ensures reliable delivery and consistent seam quality, even with vertical-striped fabrics. Additionally, it detects the presence of material to eliminate false starts.
Large Color LCD Touch Panel IP-420
The new color LCD touch panel displays sewing data such as stitch shape and number, enhancing ease of use. Operators can input and edit sewing data while monitoring needle entry points. The panel features USB and CompactFlash ports for software upgrades and data sharing.
Versatile Buttonholing for Men’s and Ladies’ Shirts
The sewing mode can be easily switched between men’s dress shirts and ladies’ blouses on the operation panel. Specifications such as buttonhole size and interval can be quickly adjusted. The machine can sew buttonholes from the top for ladies’ garments and can space them at different intervals as needed.
High-performance Indexer Mechanism
A stepping motor controls material feed amounts in 0.1 mm increments, ensuring consistent and accurate feeding. The machine can sew 1 to 20 buttonholes and stores 20 stitching patterns. The carriage unit moves synchronously with the sewing machine, preventing material slack and ensuring accurate feeding.
Space-saving Stacker
The built-in stacker clamps and automatically stacks buttonholed garments, enhancing productivity by improving the efficiency of material handling.
Knee and Hand Switches
The knee switch allows the operator to start the machine while holding a garment with both hands, increasing stability and reducing setup time. The height of the knee switch is adjustable. The machine automatically carries the next material to the sewing position after buttonholing, allowing operators to run multiple machines or perform other tasks simultaneously.
LED Needle Entry Light
An LED light under the arm jaw illuminates the needle entry area, providing a comfortable work environment. The light automatically turns on with the machine, aiding in needle threading and stitch checking.
