  The needle-bar and thread take-up area run without frame lubrication, so there is no oil circulating around the fabric side of the head. Only a small, controlled amount of clean oil is fed from the internal tank to the hook, which greatly lowers the risk of lubricant marks on finished garments.

• BR35 Automatic Button Feeder
  

  Supplied as part of this configuration, the BR35 unit uses a horizontal forced-feed mechanism to position each small button (≈10–15 mm) automatically, so operators only set the fabric and press the pedal. A separate control panel manages feeder operation and has an alarm lamp that activates if a problem is detected. Three feed modes are available:

  • Automatic Supply Mode – The machine and button feeder work as one. The operator presses the pedal, the button is sewn, the thread is trimmed, and the feeder automatically positions the next button. The cycle repeats continuously, keeping the operation in a smooth, automatic rhythm.

  • Mode for Individual – Feeder is disabled and the head operates as a standard button-sewing machine for manual or special jobs.
