How It Works
Juki MO-6900S Series
Ensured Seam Quality at High Speeds
The machine ensures both beautiful and upgraded seam quality at higher speeds. Equipped with a needle-thread take-up mechanism and a looper thread take-up mechanism, it offers enhanced responsiveness for light- to heavy-weight materials with lower applied tension. This allows it to achieve well-tensed, soft-feeling seams that adapt flexibly to the material's elasticity, even at a maximum sewing speed of 8,000 to 8,500 stitches per minute. To improve sewing capabilities and prevent stitching irregularities, the machine comes standard with a needle thread heat remover and needle cooler.
Increased Reliability
The machine boasts further increased reliability thanks to the introduction of a shield-structured needle bar mechanism and upper and lower needle bar bushings, which contribute to enhanced durability and reliability. Additionally, it features an improved feed mechanism and upper looper unit, along with a standard cartridge-type oil filter and cooling fan, ensuring greater reliability.
Interchangeability with Conventional JUKI Machines
Gauges and devices used with existing JUKI machines are interchangeable with this machine, excluding the LB Series, without requiring additional machining. This eliminates resource waste and unwanted extra costs.
Extended Service Life
The machine is designed for an extended service life, incorporating various standard mechanisms such as a differential-feed micro-adjustment mechanism and an external adjustment mechanism for adjusting the feed dog inclination and increasing the differential feed ratio. These features can be easily adjusted to finish seams that perfectly match the material being used.
Enhanced Operator Comfort
Operator comfort is significantly enhanced by a wider area around the needle entry and the adoption of a standard micro-lifter feature that improves responsiveness to materials. Additionally, the machine provides upgraded operability and reduces operating noise and vibration, thanks to its optimally balanced design.
