Table is super solid - A+. Only two issues:

1) It was a little difficult to find directions for putting together. Link that I eventually found: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XLurubSCEXI

2) There were no holes drilled to mount the control box underneath. This may be standard. I'm not sure. But it would have been easier for people like me (we'll just say not as skilled with tools). When I drilled through (from underside of table to top), the formica (or whatever it is) on the top split on all three holes and chunks of the top came off. The mounting screws still fit and everything mounted fine. It just left some "character" around each screw. Again, totally my fault for not knowing how to drill a hole properly. But were they supposed to already be drilled? Just something to consider.

Amazing machine! The instructions for putting together the machine left a little to be desired but that’s a Juki thing. I managed to do it.

The digital speed motor is excellent and I love the ability of being able to control my needle speed to work on delicate items.

The customer service and communication were great. There was a small issue with the table surface probably from shipping, but it was addressed quickly and solutions provided. I will be using Prizzi again in the future.

My experience with Prizzi has been good. I’ve found that calling has been better than emailing. Emails have not been answered. From my first phone call, Roman has been very helpful, helping me determine which machine would be best for my needs. He even recommended I not buy a more expensive machine because it was more machine than I needed. This gave me confidence that he was helping me not just selling for profit. I bought from them because their price was by far better than I could get anywhere else with free shipping. I do recommend that you pay for assembly of the frame. The frame comes with no assembly instructions. We watched available you tube videos but there wasn’t any for our exact table and machine. Roman was very helpful sending pictures to help us with this assembly. I suggest that you download and print the manual for your machine before assembly. My Juki DDL8000-A is a wonderful machine. Several things that you should be aware of if you have not used an industrial machine before: the treadle does many different functions including starting and stopping sewing, lifting of pressure foot, and cutting of thread. What I’m having a problem with is removing pressure to top of treadle does not stop sewing, Treadle must be pushed back to stop sewing. I’m also disappointed with the size of the bobbin. I expected it to use a L bobbin but it uses a 15 ( same used on my portable Janome.). End of my complaining. Great machine, great price, and wonderful service from Prizzi, highly recommend both.

I ordered the Juki 8000A from Prizzi with the sewing table and am thrilled with the purchase. Roman was really helpful in working out shipping to Rhode Island and the machine and table arrived in less than a week in perfect condition. I highly recommend Prizzi!
