Built for repeatable reinforcement stitches at scale, the LK-1900C-SS combines JUKI’s direct-drive head, active (electronic) thread tension, and an integrated control box/panel to deliver fast, clean bar-tacks on pocket ends, waistbands, belt points, label corners and more. It reaches a world-class 3,300 sti/min, includes 100 standard patterns, and stores up to 999 patterns / 500,000 stitches for true production flexibility.

- 3,300 sti/min class speed – higher-rigidity drive and revised oiling help the C-series achieve 3,300 stitches/min for shorter cycle times.
- Integrated control box + upright LCD panel on the head keeps controls within sight and frees table space; 100 patterns standard, up to 999 in memory (500k stitches).
- Active Tension (electronic needle-thread tension) lets you set, save, and recall tensions per material, speed, or seam section for stable quality.
