Neat Performance of Shirring and Piping
The machine features independently driven top and bottom feed dogs, allowing for large differential feed ratios. This increases feeding efficiency, making it particularly effective for shirring and piping operations.
Prevention of Puckering
The machine is equipped with a stopper that regulates the path of the top feed dog just before it contacts the bottom feed dog. This feature prevents wrinkles from forming on the fabric during sewing, even with increased feeding distance, thereby eliminating puckering and ensuring smooth seams.
Balloon Stitches for Beautifully Finished Products
The machine allows for adjustable up-and-down strokes of the top feed dog, which can be tailored to the fabric and operation. For heavy-weight fabrics and cross-seam sections, large and strong strokes are used, while small, soft strokes are ideal for light-weight fabrics. This flexibility ensures beautifully finished products with balloon stitches that maintain the integrity and appearance of the material.
