“Double digital feed mechanism” installed
The ability to adjust the feed dog height according to the fabric being used is indeed crucial for achieving better seam quality. This feature allows the sewing machine to adapt to different types of fabrics, ensuring that the fabric is fed through smoothly and evenly during sewing. Adjusting the feed dog height can prevent issues like fabric puckering or stretching, which can affect the overall quality of the seams.
Digitalized control panel

Operator Mode and Service person Mode: These modes cater to different users by displaying indications and options that prioritize ease of operation for operators and more detailed settings and diagnostics for service personnel. NFC (Near Field Communication) Capability: NFC enables data transfer between the sewing machine and an Android tablet. This feature is particularly useful for transferring sewing machine settings, stitch data, or other information to the tablet for further analysis or editing. Data Editing on Android Tablet: Once data is transferred to the Android tablet via NFC, users can edit and manipulate this data directly on the tablet. Various kinds of feed locus
Digitalized vertically- and horizontally-driven feed mechanism allows easy adjustment of settings such as the feed locus only on the operation panel according to the material to be sewn.
Needle tension is digitally controlled
The feature allows the needle thread tension to be set and stored in memory via the operation panel. This means that once the optimal tension for a particular sewing condition (such as a specific fabric or thread type) is determined, it can be saved and recalled later. This stored tension data eliminates the need to manually readjust the tension each time the sewing project or material changes.
By storing thread tension settings in memory, the sewing machine reduces setup time significantly when switching between different products or fabrics. This not only enhances efficiency but also ensures consistent stitch quality across different sewing tasks.
Remaining thread at the end of sewing reduced to 3mm
Newly adopted “double digital feed mechanism” controls up/down of the feed dog and the “double-edge driving rotary knife system” allows the feed dog to come down at the time of trimming the thread.
As a result, the knives intersect with each other just under the needle entry point.
This mechanism not only ensures the needle thread length of 3 mm or less that trails from the needle eyelet after thread trimming without being affected by the stitch length but also allows the operator to place/remove the material on/ from the sewing machine with ease.
