How It Works
High-speed, Cylinder-bed, 1-needle, Needle-feed Lockstitch Machine with Large Hook
Intended for bottom hemming processes for jeans, casual pants and work uniforms has been launched.
For Heavy Materials
The needle bar stroke reaches up to 35mm, allowing for deeper needle penetration and enhanced adaptability to heavy-weight materials. This machine exhibits exceptional sewing capabilities, particularly when handling heavy-weight denim or multi-layered fabrics, eliminating common issues such as stitch gathering, stitch skipping, and needle breakage.
Furthermore, the machine can sew materials with low presser foot pressure, preventing material flapping and ensuring smooth, pucker-free seams. The top- and bottom-roller style feed mechanism ensures increased seam consistency, resulting in improved hemming quality and reduced uneven hems.
Thread Trimmer
The machine features a highly reliable horizontal thread trimming mechanism, ensuring consistent cutting of thick threads. The entire knife unit is designed for easy installation and removal, with simple adjustment of the moving knife position.
The knife unit is a bed device type, which eliminates the need for adjustments after removing the throat plate. Additionally, an air blower activates with each operation of the thread trimmer, blowing off thread chips from the blade to maintain the trimmer's reliable performance.
Effective Lubrication Mechanism
The machine utilizes a forced circulation mechanism to ensure reliable oiling and prevent oil leakage. Both the frame and cylinder-bed sections are equipped with a circulation feature to prevent oil leakage. Additionally, a gasket is fitted inside the frame to prevent any oil leakage from the needle bar, ensuring reliable operation.
The machine also features a newly designed, highly durable needle bar sliding mechanism that operates smoothly.
