Juki MO-6900R Series
Excellent Bottom and Variable Top Feed Mechanisms
The machine features advanced bottom and variable top feed mechanisms. The top feed dog synchronizes horizontally with the bottom feed dog, increasing the surfaces in contact to reliably feed materials without causing damage. The feed mechanism can smoothly handle light-weight materials with a gentle touch or apply increased cloth-biting force for heavy-weight materials. The fulcrum of the top feed locus can be adjusted to the best-suited position based on the material or process requirements.
Extended Service Life
Designed for an extended service life, the machine includes separate differential feed micro-adjusting mechanisms for both the bottom and top feeds. Standard features also include various adjusting mechanisms, such as the bottom feed dog inclination-adjusting mechanism and the external differential feed-increasing mechanism. These features allow for ideal feed adjustments to match the material being sewn. Operator comfort is further enhanced by a wider area around the needle entry, a standard micro-lifter feature for improved material responsiveness, and reduced operating noise and vibration due to the optimally balanced design.
Increased Reliability
The machine's reliability is significantly increased with the introduction of a shield-structured needle bar mechanism and upper and lower needle bar bushings, contributing to enhanced durability. It also includes an improved upper looper unit and comes standard with a cartridge-type oil filter and cooling fan, ensuring greater reliability.
Standard Needle Thread Heat Remover and Needle Cooler
To improve sewing capabilities and prevent stitching irregularities, the machine is equipped as standard with a needle thread heat remover and needle cooler.
Interchangeability with Conventional JUKI Machines
Gauges and devices used with existing JUKI machines are fully interchangeable without additional machining, eliminating resource waste and extra costs. This ensures a seamless transition and efficient use of existing resources.
