Innovative Horizontal Forced Feed Mechanism
Our original horizontal forced feed mechanism simplifies the button setting process. The button carrier positions the button, allowing the operator to merely set the material and press a pedal, thus reducing operator fatigue.
User-Friendly Operation Panel
The machine features a simplified operation panel for easy adjustment of various functions. An alarm lamp activates when a problem is detected, enabling quick and appropriate measures.
IoT Integration for Enhanced Management
The machine utilizes IoT (Internet of Things) for optimal management of sewing performance and machine operations. Sewing machine adjustment data can be transferred to a commercially-available Android tablet in contactless mode, facilitating quick checks for uniform settings and sewing machine conditions in a sewing line. The operation panel, equipped with a USB port, allows for easy data management and software updates via a USB thumb drive.
Numerical management of sewing data ensures stable quality and reduces setup change time. Data can be extracted using an Android tablet or USB thumb drive. For optimal performance, Android OS Version 6.0 is recommended for the JUKI Smart APP, with confirmed operation on Versions 5.0 and later. Contact your local JUKI distributor for more information on using the application software.
Increased Productivity
The machine achieves a sewing speed of 2,700 stitches per minute. Enhanced speeds for starting, stopping, thread-trimming, and automatic presser lifting significantly reduce the total cycle time.
Superior Seam Quality
A needle thread grasping mechanism ensures consistent knot tying at the beginning of sewing, contributing to excellent seam quality.
Versatile Sewing Patterns
Equipped with 50 different sewing patterns as standard, the machine allows for easy changeover, accommodating a wide range of sewing specifications. It can also use data from the LK-1903 for button sewing (EP-ROM data enabled by conversion).
Auto-Lifter Mechanism
The machine includes a standard auto-lifter utilizing a stepping-motor system, reducing operator fatigue. The auto-lifter can switch from a one-step to a double-step stroke, providing easier material positioning. An intermediate stopping height can be set on the operation panel, with a maximum work clamp foot lift of 13mm.
Active Tension Mechanism
The machine features an active tension (electronic thread tension control) mechanism, allowing needle thread tension adjustments to match various sewing conditions (thread, material, and sewing speed). These settings can be stored in memory and reproduced as needed. The needle thread tension can be adjusted for different stitching types or seam portions, eliminating undesired tension variations and enhancing seam quality. The operation panel enables stitch-by-stitch tension settings, improving performance on multi-layered materials and with varying sewing directions.
