All models of the LH-3500A Series are now equipped with a semi-dry head, unique to JUKI, to eliminate oil staining from the frame (needle bar part).
Easily Changeable Feed Method
The oil tank has been relocated inside the sewing machine following a thorough review of the lubricating method. This redesign secures space under the bed surface, facilitating the changeover between the "needle feed" and "bottom feed" methods, as well as the adjustment of feed timing (re-placement of the timing belt).
Changeover Between Needle Feed and Bottom Feed
For processes requiring the prevention of puckering, such as sewing lightweight materials, the feed method can be easily switched to the bottom feed. This adjustment, along with a change of the gauge, prevents puckering and allows for sewing with lower thread tension compared to the needle feed method.

A wide variety of models are available, allowing users to choose the best-suited machine for their sewing items, ranging from lightweight to heavyweight materials.
Production Support Function
The CP-18A and CP-180A operation panels are equipped with a production support function, consisting of three different functions (six different modes): output control, operation measuring, and bobbin counter functions. Each mode offers unique production support effects, and the appropriate function can be selected as needed. Parameter settings can be adjusted on the panel located on top of the sewing machine, reducing operator fatigue during setup changes.
Two Selectable New-Method Oiling Mechanisms
ECO-Oil Method (Circulation Type) The ECO-oil method filters the oil dropped from the hook and its surrounding sections into the under-cover to remove dirt and dust. This cleaned oil is then returned to the oil tank, saving effort on oiling and reducing oil consumption.
Clean Oil Method In the clean oil method, the oil dropped from the hook and its surrounding sections into the under-cover is not returned to the oil tank. Instead, only clean oil is continuously supplied to the hook, ensuring consistent lubrication with clean oil at all times.
