Prevents Plyshift for a Clean Finish
- Knurled Roller Feature: The machine is equipped with a knurled roller at the end of the cylinder bed. This roller pulls the fabric from behind the needle, ensuring a clean finish without plyshift. It also helps prevent seam jamming, especially in cross seam sections of extra-heavy weight fabrics. A resin roller is recommended for delicate fabrics like corduroy to avoid damage.
Enhanced Threading Convenience
- Pop-Out Looper: The looper conveniently pops out when a button is pressed, making threading easier and reducing operator fatigue.
