Multi-Layered Part Detection Sensor for Smooth Material Feed
This sewing machine is equipped with a multi-layered part detection sensor that ensures smooth feeding of materials, producing beautifully finished seams. This sensor prevents stitch skipping and gathering, especially in multi-layered parts that are heavier than other material sections. These features are crucial for sewing jeans. The machine's head includes a presser foot pressure control function with this sensor, which, combined with the belt-type digital cloth puller, allows digital setting of the air cylinder method, belt presser foot pressure, and feed length for superior seam quality. Digital control support simplifies adjustments for various materials, resulting in soft and beautiful seams even when working with heavy-weight fabrics.
Prevention of Stitch Skipping
Enhanced feed locus prevents needle bending by reducing feed amount when the needle penetrates the material. This ensures stable loop formation, allowing the looper to catch the needle thread accurately, producing reliable seams. The backward-moving needle guard aids in feeding heavy-weight materials smoothly, further preventing stitch skipping.
Improved Operability and Energy Efficiency
The MS-1261A/DWS sewing system features a newly-developed machine head similar in shape to general-purpose sewing machines, enhancing ease of sewing and material handling. It is the first system to include an energy-saving high-powered direct-drive motor, improving workability and maintainability.
IoT Integration for Seamless Data Management
The sewing system leverages IoT for performance and machine management. Users can manage, browse, and edit data using application software. Sewing machine adjustments can be transferred to an Android tablet contactlessly, facilitating quick setup changes and uniform settings checks. The operation panel includes a USB port for easy data management and software updates. Quantified sewing data ensures stable quality and reduces setup change time, and can be transferred using an Android tablet or USB thumb drive. *Recommended Android OS Version 6.0 for JUKI Smart APP (confirmed for Versions 5.0 and later). JUKI Smart APP for Data Management
The app allows for the management of terminal registration, sewing data, and provides a problem-solution chart. It can generate production and availability graphs for each sewing machine, enabling current situation checks and analysis.
Belt-Type Digital Cloth Puller with Double Roller
The belt-type digital cloth puller prevents stitch skipping and gathering in multi-layered materials. It allows setting of air cylinder method belt presser foot pressure and feed length via the operation panel. The puller, featuring a soft roller surface and strong feeding force, can be lifted for easier maintenance.
Chain-Off Thread Cutter
Equipped with a sensor, the chain-off thread cutter operates only when necessary. Cutter and vacuum operations can be set separately via the operation panel, ensuring improved durability by operating only at the beginning and end of sewing.
Needle Cooler
To prevent thread breakage due to heat, the needle cooler blows air to the needle during high-speed sewing, keeping it cool.
LED Hand Light
The adjustable LED hand light has five brightness levels and can be turned off, allowing operators to work efficiently with optimal lighting conditions. *Auto-lifter is included as standard equipment.
