How It Works
Juki LK-1900S
Voice Guidance System
The Juki LK-1900S comes standard with a voice-guidance system equipped with a clock function. This feature supports production by providing the operator with information about the number of pieces produced, work progress management, and the sewing machine's operation rate. Initial settings are required to utilize this function.
The operation panel includes a USB port for easy data management and software updates via a USB thumb drive.
Higher Productivity
This sewing machine is designed to shorten the total cycle time significantly. It boasts a maximum sewing speed of 3,200 stitches per minute (sti/min), with rapid acceleration at the beginning of sewing and quick deceleration at the end. The thread trimming and work clamp foot lifting speeds are also increased, contributing to higher productivity.
Large Sewing Area
- Sewing Area: 30mm (length) × 40mm (width)
- Versatile Patterns: Capable of sewing various patterns such as lengthwise bartacking.
- Memory Capacity: Stores many different scale ratios, numbers of stitches, and sewing patterns, ensuring flexibility in operation.
Model Variants
The LK-1900S is available in two types:
- S Type (Standard)
- H Type (for Heavy-weight Materials)
Customers can select the type best suited for their specific applications.
Diverse Sewing Patterns
The machine comes standard with 51 sewing patterns featuring different stitch directions and numbers of stitches, such as large bartacking, small bartacking, and straight line tacking. Operators can select the appropriate pattern for the process at hand. In some cases, changing the work clamp foot and other parts may be necessary.

- Mechanism: Stepping-motor type work clamp foot lifting device.
LED Lighting
- Adjustable Light: The machine includes an LED light to illuminate the needle entry area. The light features a six-step changeover switch for brightness control and an off setting.
