How It Works
Juki MF-7500
E11 For elastic lace attaching (with right hand fabric trimmer)
This model is best suited for the sewing of elastic lace in shorts and underwear.
The right hand fabric trimmer cuts the multi-layered part of a joined section with outstanding consistency. Beautifully finished products are achieved with the seams and material edges aligned. The right hand fabric trimmer mechanism's easy installation / removal of the entire unit facilitates the adjustment of related parts, such as the alignment of a looper.
*The machine can also be used for collarette-attaching processes by removing the knife unit. (Replacement of the gauge and cover is required.)
Dry-Head Technology
- Oil-Free Sewing: The MF-7500D inherits excellent functions from the MF-7500 Series, featuring a dry frame mechanism to eliminate oil stains. This reduces the need for stain removal and re-sewing, thereby improving the quality of finished products.
New Feed Mechanism
- Adjustable Feed Locus: The feed locus can be adjusted externally in both vertical and horizontal directions, enhancing responsiveness to various sewing materials.
Feed Longitudinal Position Adjustment
- Material Compatibility: The adjustable longitudinal feed position reduces uneven material feed and puckering, especially in elastic materials such as foundations, improving responsiveness to these materials.
Differential-Feed Micro-Adjustment
- Precision Adjustment: Fine adjustments to the differential feed amount can be made to suit different materials. The differential feed ratio remains constant even when the stitch length is changed.
Micro-Lifter Mechanism
- Handling Delicate Materials: Elastic or delicate materials can be sewn with the presser foot slightly raised, reducing slippage, warpage, and damage to the material.
Looper Thread Twining Prevention
- Improved Mechanism: The looper thread twining prevention mechanism activates in case of thread breakage, trimming the looper thread before it can tangle on the looper thread cam. The looper thread cam is mounted outside the sewing machine, enhancing maintainability.
Commercial Gauge Components
- Compatibility: The machine is designed to use commercially available gauge components (presser foot, throat plate, and needle clamp) without additional modifications, ensuring easy availability and replacement.
